A number of parents have been asking about the re-arrangements for First Holy Communion Celebration that should have taken place in June.

At the time of writing I am still unable to give a date when that celebration might take place. We have been advised not to give out any dates until at least the Autumn. Once we are able to arrange a date I will let you know as soon as possible so that we can arrange a wonderful celebration for all our dear children.

We will probably need to have a couple of meetings with parents and children in preparation for that. Once things are a bit clearer about gatherings of large numbers of people then we can plan ahead. Sadly with the ‘R’ number being high in this area that is probably not going to happen soon.

In the meantime let us continue to pray for each other, I leave you with a message for the children from Bishop John.
